1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website at peppitlabs.com or engaging Peppitlabs. for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
These terms apply to all clients, partners, and visitors of Peppitlabs.
2. Our Services
Peppitlabs. provides white-label video editing and production services to marketing agencies and related businesses. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Short-form video editing — Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts
- Video ads and commercial editing
- Motion graphics and After Effects animation
- Captions, subtitles, and text animation
- Podcast and long-form video editing
- Custom content packages as agreed upon in writing
3. Dedicated Editor Model
Upon engagement, Peppitlabs. assigns a dedicated editor to your account. This editor is available to work on your projects for 10 hours per day, Monday through Saturday. The dedicated editor model is designed to ensure consistency, quality, and deep familiarity with your brand standards over time.
In cases of planned leave or unavailability, Peppitlabs. will assign a qualified backup editor who has been briefed on your account. We will notify you in advance wherever possible.
4. Delivery Timelines
Peppitlabs. commits to delivering completed projects within 5 to 25 hours from the time raw materials are received, depending on the complexity of the project. Timelines are subject to receiving all necessary assets, briefs, and approvals from the client.
Delays caused by incomplete briefs, missing assets, or late approvals from the client are not the responsibility of Peppitlabs.
5. Pricing & Payment
Peppitlabs. operates on a flat monthly retainer model — one price for unlimited projects within your dedicated editor's working hours. Specific pricing is agreed upon before engagement begins and outlined in your service agreement.
- Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle.
- Late payments may result in a pause in service delivery.
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Peppitlabs. reserves the right to revise pricing with 30 days written notice.
6. Revisions
Unlimited revisions are included within the scope of your project brief. Revisions that represent a significant change to the original brief — such as a complete re-edit with new direction — may be treated as a new project at our discretion. We will always communicate this clearly before proceeding.
7. White-Label & Confidentiality
Peppitlabs. operates as a fully invisible production partner. We do not claim credit for, publicly reference, or disclose any work produced on behalf of your agency or your clients. All engagements are covered by a mutual NDA.
By engaging our services, you agree that Peppitlabs. may not be named, referenced, or disclosed to your end clients without your explicit written consent.
8. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, all edited video files and deliverables produced by Peppitlabs. become the sole property of the client. Peppitlabs. retains no rights to use, distribute, or reference the work without written consent.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate rights and licences for all raw materials, music, footage, and assets submitted to Peppitlabs. for editing.
9. Cancellation Policy
There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel your engagement with Peppitlabs. at any time by providing written notice. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for the current billing period upon cancellation.
10. Limitation of Liability
Peppitlabs. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the most recent billing cycle.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to submit any material to Peppitlabs. that:
- Infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights.
- Contains illegal, harmful, hateful, or defamatory content.
- Violates any applicable law or regulation.
- Is intended to deceive, defraud, or mislead any person.
Peppitlabs. reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if submitted materials violate these terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any legal remedy.
13. Changes to These Terms
Peppitlabs. reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
