Frequently Asked Questions
What does "videos at a time" mean? +
It means how many videos your editor can work on simultaneously during their 8-hour day. On EditDesk, they complete one video before starting the next. On FrameDesk, they can work on 2 videos in parallel — great if you have multiple clients or content types being edited at the same time.
How does the 6–36 hour delivery work? +
Delivery time depends on the complexity and length of the video. A short Reel or TikTok (under 60 seconds) is typically delivered in 6–12 hours. A long-form YouTube episode or VSL (10-30 minutes) may take up to 36 hours. Your editor will always give you an estimated delivery time when you submit the brief.
What types of videos can my editor handle? +
Your editor is trained across all modern video formats — Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, YouTube episodes, video podcasts, VSLs (Video Sales Letters), spokesperson videos, and Meta/YouTube ad creatives. If you're unsure, just ask during your strategy call.
How does the handoff and workflow work? +
Your editor is added directly to your Slack or Discord workspace. You share raw footage and a brief, they edit and deliver. Revisions are handled in the same channel. No project management tools, no complicated processes — it works exactly like having an in-house editor.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan? +
Yes — you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. There are no penalties or fees for changing plans.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment? +
No long-term contracts. All plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with no cancellation fees. We believe if our work is good, you won't want to leave.
What if I need more than 3 videos at a time? +
We have a custom EditFlow plan for agencies needing 4+ simultaneous videos. Book a call and we'll put together a custom package based on your exact volume and requirements.
